Meltric offers a UL disconnect in the form of a plug & receptacle that aids customers by having a safer means of disconnecting, reduces downtime for maintenance, & ensures code compliance. Meltric complies with NFPA70E as our device does not require PPE since it classified as 130.7 “normal operation”. Qualified users are able to safely make & break the device under load up to 100HP on motors & 200A on branch circuits with no PPE required as this is a “normal operation” & does not require an electrician to connect or disconnect.
